Your Healing Journey Starts Here
Most coaching feels like a one-size-fits-all checklist. Mine doesn't. Every plan I build is shaped around your body, your history, and your goals, guided by the CIRS H.E.A.L.E.R.™ Framework and backed by lived experience most coaches simply don't have. This is where your healing actually starts moving forward.
Initial Consultation
This is where we start. In our initial consultation, we'll spend 90 minutes going deep into your health history, your symptoms, your timeline, and everything you've been through to get here. This is a thorough conversation so I can fully understand your journey and where you are today. By the end, we'll have a clear picture of where to go next.

FAQs:
-
CIRS coaching provides education, practical guidance, accountability and compassionate support as you navigate the day-to-day realities of recovery.
Together, we can work on areas such as:
Creating manageable routines
Pacing and energy conservation
Nutrition and lifestyle habits
Environmental-health logistics
Nervous-system regulation
Symptom, function and tolerance tracking
Preparing questions for your medical appointments
Following through with your clinician’s recommendations
Rebuilding confidence and resilience
Coaching helps bridge the gap between knowing what to do and being able to implement it consistently in real life.
-
The H.E.A.L.E.R. Framework organizes coaching support into six interconnected areas:
H — Healthy Habitat: Creating and maintaining a supportive living environment
E — Evaluate & Engage: Understanding your current needs, resources and care team
A — Autonomic Safety: Supporting nervous-system regulation and a sense of safety
L — Lower the Load: Reducing lifestyle, environmental and daily stressors
E — Ecosystem & Energy Repair: Supporting foundational habits for digestion, nourishment, sleep and energy
R — Resilience & Re-entry: Gradually returning to work, relationships, exercise and meaningful activities
H.E.A.L.E.R. is not a rigid, step-by-step medical protocol. It is a flexible coaching map that allows you to enter at the area where you need the most support. Because healing is often non-linear, we may revisit earlier areas after a flare, re-exposure or major life change.
-
No. You can begin coaching at nearly any stage of your journey.
You may benefit from coaching if you are:
Wondering whether CIRS or a mold-related illness may be contributing to your symptoms
Searching for or beginning care with a CIRS-literate practitioner
Feeling overwhelmed by a new diagnosis or treatment plan
Working through the Shoemaker Protocol or another clinician-directed approach
Struggling to implement recommendations consistently
Navigating MCAS-type symptoms, fatigue or nervous-system dysregulation
Recovering from a setback or possible re-exposure
Preparing to return to work, school, exercise or a fuller daily life
A medical diagnosis is not required to receive general lifestyle coaching. However, coaching does not replace appropriate medical evaluation.
-
No. Coaching is educational and supportive and is not a substitute for medical care.
Your coach does not:
Diagnose CIRS, MCAS or another medical condition
Interpret laboratory results
Prescribe or change medications, binders or supplements
Direct medical treatment sequencing
Determine whether you are medically ready for a treatment step
Replace your physician or other licensed healthcare professional
Medical decisions remain between you and your healthcare providers. Coaching can help you organize information, prepare questions, track your experience and implement your clinician’s plan more effectively.
-
The H.E.A.L.E.R. Framework can complement the Shoemaker Protocol and other clinician-directed CIRS approaches, but it does not replace or duplicate medical treatment.
Medical steps do not always fit neatly into one coaching category. For example, a single medical step may affect environmental safety, nervous-system regulation, daily routines, symptom tolerance and resilience at the same time. Coaching focuses on the practical and behavioral support surrounding those steps while your clinician directs your medical care.
-
A single session is ideal when you want focused support around one current concern without committing to a package.
Possible session topics include:
Organizing your next steps
Creating a realistic daily routine
Preparing for a medical appointment
Working through an implementation barrier
Developing a pacing or energy-management plan
Navigating an environmental or lifestyle transition
Regrouping after a flare or setback
You will leave with clear, manageable action steps based on your priorities.
-
Group coaching combines education, guided reflection, practical tools and community support. Sessions explore topics across the H.E.A.L.E.R. Framework while allowing members to learn from shared experiences.
Group coaching may include:
Live educational sessions
Guided exercises and implementation tools
Lifestyle and nervous-system support
Question-and-answer opportunities
Accountability and encouragement
Connection with others who understand the complexity of CIRS recovery
Group coaching is not group medical care, and individualized medical advice is not provided.
-
You may share information for general context, but your coach cannot interpret laboratory results, recommend dosing or advise you to begin, stop or change a medication, binder or supplement.
Your coach can help you:
Organize your observations
Track symptoms and tolerance
Identify questions to ask your clinician
Prepare for appointments
Build routines around a clinician-approved plan
-
Consider the kind of support you need most:
Single 1:1 Session: Best for one focused concern, decision or planning need.
1:1 Coaching Package: Best for personalized support, continuity and accountability over time.
Group Coaching: Best for education, community and shared encouragement.
