I've Walked This Path. Now I Help Others Walk It Too.
You're not looking for someone who read about CIRS online. You're looking for someone who lived it, healed from it, and knows exactly what you're carrying right now.
Does This Sound Like You?
You've been to multiple doctors but still don't have real answers.
You've been labeled with Lyme, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, POTS, MCAS, depression, and anxiety, but something still feels “off.”
You're exhausted, both physically and from constantly explaining yourself to people who don't understand.
You've done your own research and started wondering if mold or environmental illness could be part of the picture.
You're ready for a root-cause approach, not just another prescription.
If you've spent years bouncing between doctors, collecting diagnoses and still feel like something is missing from the picture, you're in the right place. Maybe you're exhausted from explaining your symptoms to people who don't understand, or maybe you've started to wonder if mold or environmental illness could be the missing piece.
Whatever brought you here, this is a space for people who are done settling for "it's probably just stress" and ready for real answers.
I was 19, a freshman in college, and finally settling into the life I had been looking forward to for years.
The first few weeks were normal. Then my body started sending signals I didn't know how to read yet.
It started with night sweats so intense I would soak through my sheets, my comforter, my mattress cover, even the foam topper underneath it all. I remember waking up convinced I had wet the bed, only to realize it was sweat every single time. Soon after, I started feeling hungover almost every day, despite barely drinking. I was exhausted in a way that didn't match my life. I was sleeping constantly and still never felt rested.
Then it started showing up in class. I would get tired just walking across campus. I would sit at my desk and feel a wave of panic rise out of nowhere, the kind that forced me to get up and leave in the middle of lecture, only to walk back to the exact dorm room that was quietly making me sick and fall asleep again. My appetite disappeared. Certain foods started triggering strange reactions I couldn't explain. I was losing weight I didn't mean to lose. Eventually, after a mast cell episode I didn't even have a name for at the time, I had to leave school and go home.
What followed was months of appointments that left me feeling pretty hopeless.
I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and treated for it. I followed every protocol exactly as I was told. And I still didn't get better.
It took real digging, and a refusal to accept that this was just my new normal, to find the actual answer. My dorm had been silently ridden with black mold. Combined with a COVID infection that primed my immune system, I had developed Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome, a condition doctors never learn about in medical school, let alone know how to treat.
Once I finally had the right diagnosis, everything started to make sense. I began the Shoemaker Protocol, paired with functional and nutrition-based support, and slowly, my body started healing. Not overnight, and not in a straight line, but healing all the same.
Somewhere in that process, I made a decision.
If I could find my way back to health, I wanted to help other people find theirs too, especially the ones who felt as alone in this as I did. That decision became Radiant Wellness Culture. I trained through the CIRSx Institute to become a CIRS Coach and Consultant, and I'm currently working toward my Master's of Science in Nutrition and Functional Medicine through the University of Western States. I built my coaching around the framework that I wish I had on my own healing journey, and it’s tailored to fit every client I work with, because I know firsthand that healing is never one-size-fits-all.
If you're in the middle of your own version of this story right now, confused, exhausted, and wondering if anyone actually understands what you're going through, I want you to know something. You're not imagining this. You're not alone in it. I believe you. And there is a way forward.
I built Radiant Wellness Culture to be the resource I wish I had when I was in the middle of my own healing.
Whatever stage you're at, whether you're just starting to piece things together or you already have a CIRS diagnosis and need real support moving forward, there's a path here for you.
